Why are there different time slots for tickets?

Each time slot has a limited number of tickets.  This helps to prevent overcrowding at any particular time.  No matter your ticket entry time, you may stay as long as you like until we close.

*Pick the hour in which you would like to come to Sensorio. You will NOT be allowed in earlier than your ticketed time!

What time do gates open and close?

February:

5:30PM – 9:30PM (Thursday and Sunday)

5:30PM - 10PM (Friday and Saturday)

March:

6PM - 9PM (Thursday and Sunday)

6PM - 10PM (Friday and Saturday)

April - June:

7PM - 10PM (Thursday and Sunday)

7PM - 11PM (Friday and Saturday)

*Onsite ticket sales available for SOLD OUT event: General Admission Tickets may be purchased onsite between 7:00pm and 45 minutes prior to close ONLY.

*Onsite ticket sales stop 45 minutes prior to closing.

*Lights begin to turn off 15 mins prior to closing.

Photo Policy

All guests are welcome to shoot photos/video with hand-held equipment with NO FLASH but Sensorio does not allow tripods, drones, lighting, or any extensive photo/video equipment on site. As you can see on the website (www.sensoriopaso.com), commercial use, reproduction or sale of any images is prohibited, all rights to images of Bruce Munro's artworks are held by a third party, which does monitor usage worldwide.

What can I bring into Bruce Munro: Field of Light at Sensorio?

You may not bring food, beverages, tripods, chairs, pets, roller blades, skateboards, bicycles, professional cameras, drones, video or recording equipment, grills, hibachis or cooking equipment into Sensorio. It is a violation of California law to carry or possess any firearm, knife, weapon or fireworks on the property. Smoking is prohibited anywhere onsite.

*Only sealed water bottles or empty personal water containers are allowed inside the venue.

Wheelchair Rentals:

Bruce Munro: Field of Light at Sensorio offers manual wheelchair rentals for a fee of $10. Wheelchairs are available on a First come, First Served basis. In addition to the rental fee, ID will be required for deposit.

*Wheelchairs may not be reserved. Please plan to arrive early; a limited number of wheelchairs are available for rent for each ticketed hour. Guests are also invited to bring and use their own wheelchairs throughout Bruce Munro: Field of Light at Sensorio.

Will there be food and alcoholic beverages for purchase?

Yes, there will be food and alcoholic beverages available for purchase. Photo ID is required for any alcoholic beverage purchase.

How long should I plan to spend viewing Field of Light?

Field of Light is a self-guided walking tour.  The outer most pathway is 1/2 mile with benches at different viewpoints.  You may enjoy Field of Light at your own pace.

What should I wear?

Sensorio is an outdoor art exhibit space that takes place in the evening.  Please check the weather and dress accordingly.  Comfortable footwear is highly suggested.

What happens if it rains? Do you cancel the event?

Excessive rains before, during or after Sensorio business hours may force a cancellation due to the terrain and potentially hazardous conditions. Our guests and staff are very important to us and we want to assure the grounds are safe for all parties entering Bruce Munro: Field of Light. Should a cancellation occur, all guests will be notified via email and be issued a full refund. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What comes with VIP tickets?

VIP tickets must be purchased no later than 48 hrs in advance of desired date. Please visit our website www.sensoriopaso.com for the VIP menu and description in the tickets section.

Any purchases, transfers, or changes need to be made NO LATER than 12pm (2 days prior to the event). VIP transfers or changes must be handled through our office at 805-226-4287 or info@sensoriopaso.com.

Pet Policy

Only service dogs are allowed.  A service dog is defined as a trained animal to do work or perform tasks for, and to assist, an individual with a disability.  All other animals, including emotional support, comfort or companion animals, are not considered service animals.
